Anchor Inserts Believes in Quality

Providing excellent standards of quality have been at the core of our business at Anchor Inserts for over 17 years.  This culture is integral to our operation and is reinforced through every tier of management and staff. Cleaning

Many of our inserts are used in the plastic moulding or rotational moulding industries so it is imperative that our inserts are free of oil and grease so the plastic can adhere perfectly around our parts.  

To ensure our inserts are spotlessly clean every piece goes through a swarf removal process, followed by drum dipping in kerosene, as well as a further clean in our Solvac S1000 cleaning plant.     

Testing

Our in-house Quality Control Department routinely inspects each product throughout its life to ensure our quality standards are being maintained. 

Prior to despatch, every insert undergoes rigorous testing to make sure they pass our quality inspection.

Furthermore, all our parts leave the factory fully washed and degreased. Thus, ensuring perfect adhesion with plastic mouldings.
