JIT – Just-In-Time Supply

With Just-In-Time supply, parts arrive when you need them rather than sitting in your stores. We agree quantities and delivery frequencies with you based on your production schedule, then call off stock to match, so you hold less inventory and tie up less cash.

VMI – Vendor-Managed Inventory

With Vendor-Managed Inventory, we take responsibility for monitoring and replenishing stock at your site, or across several sites. We agree minimum and maximum levels with you, check usage regularly and raise the replenishment orders ourselves, so the parts are there when your team needs them.

Kitting & Multi-Pack Solutions

We can gather the individual components for an assembly, such as inserts, screws, washers and fixings, and pack them together as a single labelled kit, ready to use. Kits save time at the point of assembly, reduce picking errors and make it simple to supply spares or accessory packs to your own customers.

We can also supply parts in multi-packs of agreed quantities to suit your line, your stores or your own packaging, in large or small volumes.
